It is important to note that the mileage rate for vehichle reimbursement changed on July 1, 2008.  This means that your mileage for 2008 will need to be seperated into miles from January 1, 2008 through June 30, 2008 and miles from July 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

 

 

If you did not recieve a goverement stimulus check this summer because your income was too high, too low, issues with past returns, etc. it might not be too late.  The government is giving everyone a 2nd chance to become elidglable if you situation has changed.  If you did not recieve a check and think you might be able to qualify now please call our office!

With the upcoming election it is possible that one of the tax changes will be a change in the Capital Gains Rate.  If you think that this might have a great impact on you call our office to dicuss your options.

 

 

Need help estimating the value of the items you gave as charitable donations?  Go to the Resources tab of our website, select Charitable Donation Values and go to either the Salvation Army or Goodwill Industries site to help determine the fair Thrift Shop Vale of your donated items.  Even if your items were dontated to a chairty other than the Salavation Army or Goodwill these charts will still provide you with estimates you can use.
